HiHRM provides cloud software for HR, attendance, leave, movement and payroll, offered through plans described on the pricing page.

We may improve, add or change features over time. If we remove something important from a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.

The person who creates the workspace is its owner and is responsible for who is given access and with what permissions.

Keep passwords private and tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.

Paid plans are billed in advance for each month or year. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change; a new price applies from your next billing period after we tell you.

If a payment is not made, we may limit the workspace after a reminder period until the balance is paid.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Your organisation owns the data it puts into HiHRM. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to add the employee information you store, and for keeping it accurate.

You can export your data while your workspace is active.

Do not use HiHRM for anything unlawful, to store content you have no right to, or to harm other people.

Do not try to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get into another organisation's workspace.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, and will tell the owner why.

We work to keep HiHRM available at all times, but there may be short interruptions for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

We plan maintenance for quiet hours where we can and announce longer work in advance.

You can close your workspace at any time from your account.

We may end the agreement if these terms are seriously broken. Before a workspace is deleted, the owner can ask for an export of its data.

HiHRM is provided with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for decisions you make using the information in your workspace, or for indirect losses.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are handled by the courts of Dhaka.

We may update these terms. For important changes we will let workspace owners know before they take effect. Continuing to use HiHRM after that means you accept the new terms.
